9:30 – 19:00: Free day.

19:00 – 19:30, C.M.E.F.: Dinner.

 

Sunday

8:00 – 9:00, C.M.E.F.: Breakfast.

9:30, C.M.E.F.: Departure of mini-bus for Place d’Armes in Monaco.

10:00, P&P Restaurant: Pick up of lunch boxes.

11:30 – 12:00, Track of Monaco: Race of the Formula Renault 2.0.

13:40 – 13:50, Track of Monaco: Parade of F1 drivers.

15:10 – 17:40 approx, Track of Monaco: 76th Grand-Prix Automobile of Monaco.

PRESENTATION and PROJECT DISPLAY                                                                                                  

  • Each participant team will be provided a 40x60" (100x50cm) empty table display area. 

  • Bring spare parts and all materials you may to work on your vehicle. If something goes wrong, you will need these for last-minute fixtures.

  • The project set-up deadline is 3:00 PM Friday of the competition weekend.

ACCOMMODATION / LODGING INFORMATION

  • The Monaco Mousetrap Car  provides dorm accommodations for finalists and their supervisors during the event. Participants will stay at Centre Mediterraneen d'Etudes Francais. 

  • All halls, where accommodation, dining, and events take place are accessible for disabled participants.

  • Participants will be placed in the rooms with another Monaco Mousetrap Car Grand Prix participant of the same gender. Students may be roomed with another student from the same school or from another school. 

  • Supervisors may be roomed with another supervisor as well. 

  •  Room assignments will be given at registration during your arrival. 

  • Monaco Mousetrap Car Grand Prix provides for students and teachers meals, which are stated on the schedule. 

  • Monaco Mousetrap Car Grand Prix will provide transportation to and from the Centre Mediterraneen d'Etudes Francais 

  • If you are under 18 years of age, you are prohibited from possessing or consuming alcohol during all the events.  

  • SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all college buildings. You are not allowed to smoke on campus premises or during any of the events.

TRAVEL INFORMATION

  • Supervisors who accompany students must provide travel information about all participants who are coming to Monaco Mousetrap Car Grand Prix as a group/school. 

  • This information will be used to check-in at the event when you arrive in Monaco. 

WHAT TO BRING

  • Photo I.D. for all participants and  keep a color copy of your passports (in case passports get lost)

  • All project materials.

  • Personal hygiene items (towel, shower gel, toothpaste, etc.)

  • International-to-French outlet converter for your charging needs (computer, cell phones etc.).

  • Business/formal attire for opening and award ceremonies.

  • Sweaters for chilly nights or in case of rain.
